About Us
THE BLUEPRINT FOR LETTERMANS SUCCESS STARTED INSIDE A MODEST Main street storefront in late 1940’s Baton Rouge. It was a time when construction and design professionals had to actually walk through our doorway for assistance on a project.
Today, Lettermans operational blueprint has evolved to embrace a digital frontier where we deliver cloud computing, web-based file transfer, and other technologies. It’s a new doorway, only it leads to a name you already trust.
Our staff of professionals is keenly sensitive to the needs of all our customers, from the independent architect to multi-national engineering firms. Every day, we apply ourselves to the task of making our customers more productive. With fifty years of making our customers more productive, we have grown throughout the Gulf South, with offices in Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, and New Orleans. We feel our growth can and does have a positive impact on the lives of our employees, their families, and the Louisiana economy in general, while providing the most progressive, state-of-the-art technology and quality customer service to our clients.

All in the Family
Just like it was founded in 1949, Lettermans remains a family business. Charles Perret, the company and family patriarch, serves as director, while sons Steven Perret, president, and Chuck Perret, New Orleans area manager, oversee daily operations. The Perrets acquired the business in 1983 after it had been owned and operated for 34 years by Mr. and Mrs. Carl G. Letterman.
